Lee Harbaugh is a premier jazz pianist, composer, and author from Arlington, Texas. A member of ASCAP, his music can be heard worldwide on Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Amazon, YouTube, and most other digital outlets. Lee is also a founding member of the Harbaugh and Bowen jazz duo. Harbaugh and Bowen are known for their crooner-style performances of American standards as well as their original music. The duo has had the privilege of opening for New York star Nellie McKay as well as performing at the legendary Birdland Jazz Club in New York City. Lee has been writing and performing music professionally for well over 30 years.
Lee's first book, entitled Capital Shift - A Juror's Journey from Death Penalty Supporter to Life Advocate, is slated to be released in November 2024. It is a reflection of his journey from sending a man to death row to no longer believing capital punishment belongs in our world. Check back here periodically for updates.
Lee performs regularly throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex as a soloist and with various ensembles. Currently, Lee can be heard at least one weekend each month at The Vault Seafood and Steakhouse in Mansfield, TX.
